Data Processing

Each club (tenant) is the data controller for player, staff, parent, and operational records created in their workspace. My Club Hub provides the platform as a processor, applying technical and organisational measures including tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging, and encrypted transport.

Sensitive categories such as medical information are restricted to authorised clinical roles. Retention, export, and deletion workflows are configurable per organisation. A full Data Processing Agreement is available on request for Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact info@myclubhub.space.
