How it works
My Club AI sits inside your club workspace. It summarises live operational data and suggests next actions — with clear limits so clubs stay in control.
Permission-aware answers
Responses are scoped to platform data your role is already allowed to see. The assistant does not bypass RBAC.
Rule-based fallback
A rule-based path keeps useful summaries available even when external model providers are not configured.
Optional model providers
OpenAI or Anthropic can be used when API keys are configured for your deployment — not required for every environment.
Human-controlled
Recommendations are labelled advisory. Staff decide what to do next; the assistant does not autonomously change contracts, fees, or medical records.

Advisory only
Output is labelled advisory. Use it to save time finding information — not as an autonomous decision engine. Medical, safeguarding, contractual, and financial decisions remain with authorised humans.

Privacy
Prompts and answers respect the same permission model as the rest of the platform. External model providers are only used when configured; otherwise the rule-based path applies. Clubs remain controllers of personal data; My Club Hub processes data to provide the service. We do not claim blanket full GDPR compliance — see Privacy and Data Processing.
