Implementation
Onboarding that respects how clubs actually launch software
Structured setup without theatre. We configure your workspace, roles, and first modules so staff can run next week’s sessions — then expand.
Typical phases
Timelines vary by club size and how complete your existing player and fee records are. Professional and multi-team organisations usually need a longer discovery and permission review.
Phase 1
Discovery
We map your club structure: teams, seasons, staff roles, academy intake, and which modules you need on day one versus later.
Phase 2
Workspace configuration
Club profile, branding, teams, seasons, and permission roles are configured so staff only see what their job requires.
Phase 3
Data & documents
Players, staff, and key documents can be entered or imported in stages. We prioritise the records you need for the next training week and matchday.
Phase 4
Integrations (as needed)
Payment provider keys (Stripe/PayPal abstraction), Google or Microsoft OAuth, and other connectors are configured when you are ready. Calendar sync and messaging channels that are still Planned are called out honestly.
Phase 5
Training & go-live
Short role-based walkthroughs for admins, coaches, academy, medical, and finance. Soft launch with a pilot group, then full club rollout.
What you can expect
- A named contact for onboarding questions during setup
- Clear module scope for your plan — indicative limits confirmed in proposal
- Guidance on GDPR-aligned processing: your club as controller, My Club Hub as processor
- No invented timelines — go-live depends on your data readiness and staff availability
Self-service vs guided
Self-service registration is available if you want to create a workspace yourself. For most clubs we recommend a guided demo and implementation conversation first — especially where medical data, multi-team permissions, or fee workflows matter on day one.
We do not advertise a free trial. Plans and inclusions are confirmed in a proposal after we understand your structure.
