How it works

From setup to matchday — one connected workflow

My Club Hub is designed around how football clubs actually operate: roles, seasons, pathways, and weekly rhythms — not generic project boards.

Getting started

Most clubs begin with core operations — players, teams, academy, training, fixtures, documents, and payments — then expand into deeper medical, performance, and reporting modules as needed.

1. Create your club workspace

Register your organisation and set up the club profile: name, branding, seasons, and teams. Your tenant is isolated from every other club on the platform.

2. Invite staff with the right roles

Add administrators, coaches, medical staff, academy reviewers, and finance users. Permissions control what each person can view, edit, approve, or export.

3. Import or create your squad

Build player profiles, assign teams and positions, and attach documents. Academy applicants can convert into squad players without re-entering core details.

4. Run weekly operations

Schedule training and fixtures, track attendance, publish announcements, manage invoices, and keep medical and performance notes where staff with access can find them.

5. Ask My Club AI when you need clarity

Summarise availability, fees, or upcoming fixtures using natural language — always limited to what your role is allowed to see. Recommendations stay advisory and human-controlled.

A typical week

Morning readiness

Check injuries, absences, and who is available for tonight’s session before you message the group chat.

Academy pipeline

Review new applications, request more information, schedule trials, and record decisions with a clear status history.

Match week

Confirm fixtures, squad lists, and document readiness. Keep coaches and medical staff aligned on the same record.

Fees & documents

See outstanding invoices, membership status, and which contracts or consents still need attention.

Who uses it

Sporting directors and head coaches plan squads and selections. Academy staff manage intake and pathways. Medical teams update availability and notes. Club administrators keep documents, seasons, and users in order. Finance tracks fees. Parents and players (where enabled) see schedules, invoices, and absences relevant to them.

Everyone works inside the same club tenant, with views filtered by permission — so sensitive medical and financial data stays limited to the roles that need it.
